The beeswaxed cotton fabric is water-repellent. However, chemical additives found in bathing products, can damage the surface over time if not properly rinsed off.

Shower curtain cleaning

Remove any stains with a sponge. Detergents should be used sparingly. For heavier soiling, it is recommended to soak the area with clean cold water and then rub the fabric against itself.

The fabric is waxed in a way that the water can’t penetrate.. The impregnation can be refreshed with an iron or by using an impregnating agent for waxed textiles. When ironing without steam, ensure that the heat is low and place a cloth or baking paper underneath to protect the ironing board.

Taking good care of your shower curtain is important to keep its high-quality appearance.
